- Belohnung nur bei erfolgreichem Vertragsabschluss der empfohlenen Firma (mind. 1 Monat Laufzeit).
- Ihre Belohnung — Wahl:
- 25 Lunches (~248 €) — 25 Mittagessen-Guthaben auf Ihrem persönlichen FooBi-Konto. Bleibt unter der 256 €-Freigrenze (§ 22 Nr. 3 EStG).
- Team-Catering (~500 €) — Premium Fingerfood & Desserts in Ihrem Office, Reception-Style, Termin in Absprache
- Aktuelle Neukunden-Aktion: Jeder neue FooBi-Kunde startet mit einem ~500 € Welcome-Catering bei Vertragsstart. Gilt unabhängig vom Empfehlungsprogramm für alle Neukunden im Aktionszeitraum.
- Limit: Maximal 3 erfolgreiche Empfehlungen pro Person und Kalenderjahr.
- Ausgeschlossen vom Programm: Beschäftigte des öffentlichen Dienstes (Beamte, Tarif-MA), Angehörige der Heilberufe (z.B. Ärzte, Apotheker), Mitarbeitende von Banken/Versicherungen soweit interne Compliance entgegensteht.
- Sie bestätigen vor Absenden: nicht selbst Catering-Entscheider in der empfohlenen Firma zu sein, Kontaktperson informiert zu haben, Arbeitgeber-Einverständnis zur Annahme der Belohnung, und keine ausgeschlossene Branche.
- Für Sie kostenfrei. Keine Lohnsteuer-Eintragung nötig (Wert unter Freigrenze § 22 Nr. 3 EStG).
- Beide Optionen gelten nur für externe Firmen, nicht für Ihre eigene.
- FooBi nimmt Erstkontakt zur empfohlenen Person nur auf, nachdem Sie diese informiert haben. Die Person kann jederzeit der Kontaktaufnahme widersprechen (DSGVO Art. 21).
- Reward only on successful contract signing of the referred company (1 month minimum term).
- Your reward — choose:
- 25 lunches (~248 €) — 25 lunches credit on your personal FooBi account. Stays under the 256 € tax-free threshold (§ 22 Nr. 3 EStG).
- Team catering (~500 €) — Premium fingerfood & desserts at your office, reception-style, date by arrangement
- Current promo for new customers: Every new FooBi customer kicks off with a ~500 € welcome catering at contract start. Applies independently of the referral program to all new customers during the promo period.
- Limit: Maximum 3 successful referrals per person and calendar year.
- Excluded from the program: public-sector employees (civil servants, public-service staff), medical professionals (e.g. physicians, pharmacists), employees of banks/insurance companies where internal compliance restricts participation.
- You confirm before submitting: you are not the catering decision-maker at the referred company, you have informed the contact, your employer permits acceptance of the reward, and you are not in an excluded profession.
- Free for you. No tax filing required (value below the § 22 Nr. 3 EStG exemption).
- Both options apply only to external companies, not your own.
- FooBi will only make first contact with the referred person after you have informed them. The person may object to contact at any time (GDPR Art. 21).
